Classic Strawberry Jam
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 C. sugar
- 1/3 C. instant ClearJel, heaping
- 1 pkg. strawberry Kool-Aid, unsweetened
- 6 C. whole strawberries, diced
- 1/2 C. light corn syrup
In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, clear jel and Kool-Aid. Stir in strawberries and mix well, until sugar is dissolved and well combined. Add corn syrup and stir well. Pour into glass jars or freezer containers. In ten minutes, the jam will be set and ready to eat, or store in the freezer. Serve as dessert with lots of toppings.
