  • 2½ lbs ground lean beef
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup onion, minced
  • ½ cup fine Italian herb breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 8 buns
  • tomato
  • red onion
  • pickle, cut in strips
  • iceberg lettuce
  • 8 slices of American Cheese

In a medium bowl, mix the beef, eggs, onion, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, garlic, salt, pepper until well blended. Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts and shape each into a patty. Lay burgers down on the grill and cook burgers for 7-10 minutes total, turning once, until browned and no longer pink inside. Remove from grill and prepare with sliced vegetables and condiments.
