  • 4 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 8 to 10 hamburger buns
  • 2 thinly sliced tomatoes.
  • Lettuce
  • 1 onion, chopped into rings.

Form and press ground turkey into hamburger patties. Beat with flat end of mallet to compress meat.

Preheat grill to medium high temperature, add burgers, and cook for 4 minutes on each side. Remove burgers, wrap in aluminum foil, and let them cool for 5 minutes.
