Classically Creamy Mac And Cheese

- 10 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 3 T. butter
- 2 T. flour
- 2 ½ C. milk
- 2 ½ C. cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour until the mixture lightly turns brown. Stir in milk as the sauce thickens; heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add cheese, and toss with pasta. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes until golden.
