Ingredients
- 8 oz. shell pasta
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 1/3 C. chopped carrot
- 2 T. flour
- 1 C. milk
- 3/4 C. sour cream
- 1/2 C. cream cheese
- 2 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 C. peas
- 1 can tuna
- 1 chopped tomato

Directions
Cook the pasta according to package directions. In a skillet, begin to heat the oil.
Add the onion and carrot, and cook until tender. Stir in the flour, then slowly add in the milk and sour cream, stirring constantly. Cook for 5 minutes, then add in the cream cheese, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss together the pasta, sauce, peas, tomato, and tuna. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
