  • 16 oz. spaghetti noodles
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • ¾ C. heavy whipped cream
  • ¾ lb. bacon
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbs. green onion, minced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 Tbs. butter

In a large pot, bring water to a boil over a medium heat. Place noodles and a dash of salt in. Cook noodles until tender, drain and place back into pot, heat off. In a bowl, mix the beaten eggs, whipped cream, and Parmesan cheese. Set aside. Heat a cooking pot or pan then place the butter in and let melt. Fry bacon in pan until crisp. Remove from pan and set aside on a plate lined with a paper towel. On the same cooking pan, remove access butter then sauté the garlic and green onions. Pour noodles and Parmesan mixture into pan. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Break bacon into chunks and add to noodle mixture. Serve with sliced tomatoes or other sides of personal choice.
