These delicious, spicy meatballs are great for a cocktail party, holiday get-together, or New Year's Eve celebration!

Serving Size / Yield

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 C. onion, minced
1/2 C. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbs. fresh horseradish
1 egg
Sauce:
2 Tbs. sugar
5 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 C. ketchup or chili sauce
2/3 C. vinegar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together for meatballs. Shape into 1-inch balls. Combine sauce ingredients, bring to a boil, and pour over meatballs. Bake for 45 minutes. Refrigerate meatballs. Degrease and reheat for 30 minutes before serving.

Serve with: Italian Appetizer Platter
