These are the perfect bite size snacks to make for any occasion. There is a medley of spices used for these samosas, and each one is filled with potatoes and green peas. You won't be able to eat just one.

  • For the crust:
  • 2 C flour
  • 1/2 C olive oil
  • Salt
  • Olive oil for deep frying
  • For the filling:
  • 1 C boiled potato cubes
  • 1 C green peas
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 2 tsp. coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tsp. ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • 1/2 onion, grated

Heat oil and add grated onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute. Add cumin, coriander and turmeric and fry for a few seconds. Mix in boiled potatoes and peas and mix well. Cook until the curry turns dry.

In a bowl, mix salt, flour, 1/2 cup olive oil and mix well. Add extra warm until dough forms.

Form the dough into lemon size balls. Roll them out so they are flat and cut them in half. Fold each piece to make cones. Fill the curry and seal the edges using water.

Deep fry the samosas until golden brown and crisp. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
