This is a delicious cocoa recipe everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. cocoa
  • 1 1/2 C. water
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 C. sugar
  • 2 qts. scalded milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • whipped cream (optional)

Directions

In a saucepan, mix cocoa, water, salt and sugar thoroughly and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Add scalded milk and vanilla. Beat with rotary egg beater. Serve hot. Top with whipped cream.
