Ingredients

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp. margarine
  • 2 cups coconut flakes
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking soda in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly
Add eggs, vanilla, milk, and margarine into the flour mixture. Continuously stir until all ingredients are well combined
Begin forming the dough into small balls
Dip balls into coconut flakes
Place balls onto baking sheet
Place in oven for about 20 minutes
Cool in refrigerator for about 10 minutes
