  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 4 T. coconut oil

In a large skillet, heat oil on medium heat. In a medium bowl, mix bananas with shredded coconut and cinnamon. Transfer bananas to skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
