  • 2/3 C. macadamia nuts
  • 1 1/4 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 C. butter, softened
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 C. coconut flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

  • This is one fabulous cookie, couldn't keep them around long, they got eaten so fast it made my head swim, there's only 2 of us! Will make over and over, just LOVE IT!!!
