- 1 white cake mix
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 C. sour cream
- 1/4 C. butter, softened
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 C. chopped nuts, optional
Mix 2/3 of cake mix with butter, sugar, and nuts if used. Set aside. In another bowl beat eggs and add cream. Add the rest of cake mix in. Pour half of batter in a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle half of brown sugar mixture over top and repeat layers. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. It is good cooled or warm.
