Coffee Can Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients
- 3 C. sugar
- 3 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 C. or 1 can pumpkin
- 1 C. oil
- 1 C. water
- 1 C. raisins
- 1 C. nuts, chopped
- 2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. cloves
- 2 tsp. allspice
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. Mix in all liquid ingredients. Stir until smooth. Grease and flour 4 1-lb. coffee cans. Fill half full with batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
