- 1 C. milk
- 1 tub single-serving vanilla yogurt
- 1 shot espresso
- 4 cubes ice
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Variations: You can use low-fat (but sweetened) yogurt and skim milk, 2 or 3 shots of espresso for a "red eye", add 2 or 3 Tbs. of chocolate syrup for a mocha, add a dash of cinnamon or some maple syrup to mimic one of those incredibly overpriced "vanity" drinks from you-know-where.
