This drink tastes like iced cappuccino - perfect for any hot, summer day.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 2 Tbs. strong brewed coffee, cold
  • 1/4 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

In a blender, combine ice cream, coffee and cocoa. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Note: The coffee can be adjusted to your personal taste.
