Coke Chicken

You'll be amazed at how much flavor a can of Coke will add to your chicken!

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 C. barbecue sauce
  • 1 can Coke
  • 1/2 C. ketchup

Directions

Place in crockpot. Cook on high for 4-5 hours.

  • I tried this and thought it was wonderful. Even my husband, who usually won't touch chicken, thought it was good. I used chicken thighs and it turned out good. I ended up shredding it when it was done and making shredded bbq chicken sandwiches. Yummy

  • This came out fabulous, be sure to use boned/skinned breast, unless you like fishing bones out-yuck! otherwise follow, exactly, you'll be happy, she's right but then everything cokes better with Coca-cola, in my book!
