A delicious baked ham for anytime of year! You'll surprise everyone with this fabulous ham that has a delicious crust, and is basted in Coke! Don't be mistaken, it doesn't taste like a soft drink, and it's super easy to make. Serve with creamy homemade mashed potatoes, green beans, and homemade bread or rolls.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. If you can't find a pre-sliced ham, just use a regular ham and make deep cuts in it. Make sure your ham is completely thawed, takes 1-2 days. In a roasting pan, baste your ham in the coke. After it is completely coated, pat brown sugar into the mustard. Cover, place in oven, and cook about 1 hour per pound. When you reach your last hour, remove ham from oven. Repeat the basting, mustard, and sugar. Pat bread crumbs onto ham, making sure it's not too soggy. Place back in oven, uncovered and cook for the last hour. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.

  • Looks like a very easy recipe and a good way to eat a squash before it spoils. BARNEY I am on a low fat diet so probabl y will use milk instead of cream at the end.
