Cold Berry Soup

A fruity, sweet and creamy soup that will help chill you out during the summer months

  • 1 1/2 C. heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 C. orange juice
  • 1/2 C. yogurt
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 C. fresh sliced strawberries, blue-berries, raspberries, or blackberries
  • Whole nutmeg grated for garnish

Put all of the ingredients except the berries in the container of an electric blender. Blend on high speed for 10 seconds. Divide liquid between 4 chilled soup cups. Add a quarter of the berries to each cup and garnish each with a dusting of grated nutmeg.
