Cold Berry Soup
- 1 1/2 C. heavy cream
- 1 1/2 C. orange juice
- 1/2 C. yogurt
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 1 C. fresh sliced strawberries, blue-berries, raspberries, or blackberries
- Whole nutmeg grated for garnish
Put all of the ingredients except the berries in the container of an electric blender. Blend on high speed for 10 seconds. Divide liquid between 4 chilled soup cups. Add a quarter of the berries to each cup and garnish each with a dusting of grated nutmeg.
