Ingredients
- 2 cans shoe peg corn, drained
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 C. chopped celery
- black pepper to taste
- mayonnaise
- 2 med. tomatoes, chopped
Directions
Drain corn well; add green onions, bell pepper, celery, black pepper and little mayonnaise to hold salad together. Add chopped tomatoes just before serving.
