Cold-Tamer Tea
Ingredients
- 4 C. pure water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 Tbs. fresh minced ginger
- 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. dried chamomile flowers
- 1 Tbs. dried peppermint leaf
Directions
Bring all ingredients to a simmer over medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Strain into a large glass jar. Drink 1 C., hot tea every few hours.
Yield: 4 cups
