Coleslaw Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. coleslaw cabbage (or 4 C. shredded cabbage)
- 1 C. light mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs. granulated sugar
- 3 Tbs. white vinegar
Directions
Place cabbage in large bowl. In small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Stir together until well blended. Pour dressing over cabbage and mix well. I pour about 1/2 of the dressing and mix it and then add more. You can shred your own cabbage if desired.

To salt the shredded cabbage, just place cabbage in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and cover overnight.
