Coleslaw-Topped Spicy Chicken Sliders

- 4 sourdough buns
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbs. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 3 tsp. cayenne pepper powder
- 1/4 C. your favorite premade or homemade coleslaw
Meanwhile, cut each chicken breast in half horizontally. Cut each half crosswise into 2 pieces. Brush each piece of chicken with butter; sprinkle with seasoned salt and cayenne pepper powder.
Heat grill pan or grill over medium heat. Place chicken on grill. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Place one piece of chicken on the bottom piece of each roll. Top with one tablespoon of coleslaw.
Close sandwich and serve.
