  • 0.5 lb of smoked meat
  • 1 tbsp of Italian seasoning
  • 1 bunch of collard greens
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tbs of red pepper sauce
  • 2 c. of chickpeas

Place collard greens and chickpeas in a crock pot with smoked meat, Italian seasoning, and hot sauce. Add butter, and cook for 5 hours on medium. When done, taste, and adjust seasoning. Serve.
