  • 1 1/4 C. confetti cake mix
  • 3/4 C. all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 C. butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1/2 C. brown sugar
  • 1 bag peanut M&Ms to decorate, or any colorful candy of choice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 x 8 inch pan. Cream the sugars, butter, vanilla, egg, and egg yolk. Mix in the flour, cake mix, and baking soda. Stir in sprinkles. Spread batter in pan. Bake for 30 until top is lightly browned. Ice the cake with butter cream frosting. Add sprinkles and M&M's to the cake for decoration.
