  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles

Preheat the oven to 375°.
Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, add the cake mix, eggs, oil and sprinkles and mix until everything is combined.
Use a 2-ounce cookie scoop and add mounds of cookie dough to the prepared cookie sheets (9 to a sheet).
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until they develop a light golden color.
