  • 1 (6 oz.) box seasoned long grain and wild rice
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 (12 oz.) can chopped ham, cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 C. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 (10 ¾ oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • ½ C. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • ¼ C. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook rice and broccoli according to package directions. Pour rice into the bottom of a buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole dish. Cover rice with broccoli, ham, mushrooms, and cheese. Blend soup, mayonnaise, mustard and curry in a small bowl. Pour mixture on top of Cheddar cheese layer and sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cheeses appear to be bubbly. Serve from the pan.
