Ingredients
- 1 7-oz. pkg. elbow macaroni or rotini (2 C. uncooked)
- 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- cheddar cheese
- 1 C. chopped celery
- 1/4 C. chopped green pepper
- 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
- 2 Tbs. chopped pimento
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
Directions
Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Chill thoroughly.
Serve with: Pork Chops and Cabbage
