A yummy soup worthy of its grand name.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Small white beans
  • 8 C. Water
  • 2 C. Ham, diced
  • 1 C. Onion, diced
  • 1 C. Celery, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Bay leaf

Directions

Assemble ingredients in Slow Cooker. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until beans are tender.
