  • 2 1/4 C. instant rice
  • 1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 sm. cans diced chilies
  • milk
  • salt to taste

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except milk. Salt to taste. Add enough milk to make mixture sloppy (but not soaked). Pour into a 9x13-inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees, covered with foil for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 20 more minutes or until it has a golden crust.
