  • 2 C. all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 C. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 C. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 Tbs. canola oil
  • 3/4 C. chocolate chips

  1. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, milk, vanilla, eggs and oil.

  3. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the well and whisk together to create a thick batter.

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  5. Heat a skillet over medium-low. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet.

  6. Cook pancakes until browned. Repeat with remaining batter.

  7. Top with chocolate chips.
