Everyone loves this dessert and it's very easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C. buttermilk
  • 1 C. crushed pineapples
  • 1/2 pkg. fudge cookies
  • 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (dry)
  • 1 C. coconut
  • 1 lg. whipped topping
  • red cherries (cut in half)
  • walnuts to taste

Directions

Crush fudge cookies in chopper. Mix all ingredients together and stir. Put in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
