Cookies and Cream Banana Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. sugar-free or low-fat banana cream instant pudding
- 2 C. skim milk, chilled
- 1 lg. banana, sliced
- 1 C. chocolate chip cookie cereal, crushed
- 1/2 C. non-dairy whipped topping, light or fat free, thawed
Directions
Place 4 slices of banana in the bottom of 4 small serving dishes. In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix and cold milk and mix whisking for 2 minutes. Fill each dish evenly with pudding. Place 1 Tbs. whipped topping in the center of each pudding. Refregerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, top with crushed cookie pieces.
