Cookies and Cream Banana Pudding

A simple kid-friendly recipe that youngsters can make themselves. Counting, measuring, stirring...then eating...what fun they will have making their own pudding and eating what they made for themselves. You will enjoy the fun time you just had with your child watching them count and put things together and now watching them, impatiently waiting to eat what they have made. :o)

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. sugar-free or low-fat banana cream instant pudding
  • 2 C. skim milk, chilled
  • 1 lg. banana, sliced
  • 1 C. chocolate chip cookie cereal, crushed
  • 1/2 C. non-dairy whipped topping, light or fat free, thawed

Directions

Place 4 slices of banana in the bottom of 4 small serving dishes. In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix and cold milk and mix whisking for 2 minutes. Fill each dish evenly with pudding. Place 1 Tbs. whipped topping in the center of each pudding. Refregerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, top with crushed cookie pieces.
