  • ¼ Cup Butter
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Baking Soda
  • ¼ Cup Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ Cup Milk
  • 1 oz. Chocolate
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • ¾ Cup Flour
  • ½ Cup of Chocolate Cookie Crumbles

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place 8 paper liners into a cupcake pan. Heat milk and add chocolate until melted. Set this aside for now. In a bowl, mix butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Next add salt, baking soda, cocoa powder, and flour. Finally, add chocolate milk and sour cream. Mix this thoroughly. Scoop this into the cupcake tray and bake for 18-20 minutes. Once cupcakes have cooled frost and top with cookie crumble.
