Cookies and Cream Mousse
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 box white chocolate instant pudding
- 1½ cups chocolate milk
- 20 Oreo cookies, finely crushed + extra for garnish
- 8oz whipped cream + more for topping
Add the pudding mix and milk in a bowl. Mix well to combine and then fold in about half of the cookies and whipped topping. Refrigerate until chilled. In serving bowls or cups, start with the crushed cookies, add mousse and then top with whipped cream and a cookie on top as a garnish. Serve cold.
