Cookies 'N Cream Brownies
- 1 pkg. fudge brownie mix (1 lb. 3.8 oz.)
- 1/4 C. water
- 1/2 C. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 2/3 C. cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs (divided)
- 1 container cream cheese frosting
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of rectangular pan (13x9x2 inches ) only, or spray with cooking spray. Stir brownie mix, water, oil and eggs in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in 1 cup cookie crumbs. Spread in pan. Bake 28-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean or almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Frost with cream cheese frosting. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup cookie crumbs. For 20 brownies, cut into 5 rows by 4 rows.
