  • 2 cups Cold Low Fat Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Key Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
  • Mint leaces
  • Ice

Place all ingredients (except mint leaves) in blender. Blend on high setting for about 1 min, then puree or medium setting for an additional 2.5 min, or until well-blended. Serve in glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
