  • ½ lb. ground beef
  • 4 thick cut bacon slices
  • 2 sesame hamburger buns
  • 3 eggs
  • 2-4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 russet potato, shredded
  • ¼ C. diced onion
  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • 1 Tbs. oil for frying
  • 2 Tbs. flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the bacon in a skillet on medium-high and let them drain. Combine the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Using the same pan as the bacon, cook the burgers on medium high until they’re just slightly pink in the middle. Before they’re finished cooking, add the slices of cheese to the top so that it melts.

Heat a large skillet on medium-high with the oil. Skin and grate your potato. Combine the potatoes, 1 egg, onion, salt, pepper, flour and 2 Tbs. of oil. Put half of the mixture into the skillet and fry for 3-5 minutes on each side; repeat with the other half. Drain on a paper towel. Fry the eggs in the same skillet.

Assemble the burger and enjoy!
