Copycat Applebee's Garlic Mashed Potatoes
10 min preparation + 20 min cooking
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 1/4 lbs. red potatoes
- 1/2 C. whole milk
- 1/4 C. heavy cream
- 3 Tbs. salted sweet cream butter
- 1/4 C. minced garlic
- salt and pepper, to taste
Sautre garlic in a skillet until just fragrant.
Rinse and brush potatoes. Do not peel. Boil for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and drain. Mash all ingredients together.
