  • 2 lb red potatoes
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 bulb garlic

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and tightly wrap your garlic bulb in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet. Roast for 45 minutes,
Wash and cut your potatoes into quarters. DO NOT skin them. Boil in salted water and drained when cooked. Mash potatoes with a hand masher. Pour heavy cream, milk, and butter into a separate bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, or until warm. Then slowly mix the liquid into the potatoes. Remove garlic from the oven and mash the cloves into the potatoes. Garnish with chives and bacon bits.
