Copycat Aunt Jemima's Pancake Mix

- 2 C. self-rising flour
- 2 C. Bisquick
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. non-dairy creamer powder
- 1 egg
- 8 oz. 7-Up
- Stir together flour, Bisquick, sugar and creamer. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- To make pancakes, put the egg, 7-up and 1 3/4 C. prepared pancake mix into a blader.
- Blend at a high speed until smooth.
