Serving Size / Yield
- 4 1/2 C. unbleached all purpose flour
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 1/4 C. powdered milk
- 1/2 Tbs. salt
- 1/4 C. baking powder
- 1 C. vegetable shortening
- Whisk together dry ingredients.
- Place half of the dry mixture and half of the shortening into a food processor.
- Process until combined.
- Repeat for other half of ingredients.
- Combine both batches in a bowl and break up any large pieces with your hands.
- Store in a sealed container. Will keep for a month.
