Copycat Boston Market Dill Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 large red potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp. crushed dill
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. celery salt
- 1 stick butter

Wash potatoes and cut them into quarters, leaving the skin on
In a large pot, boil potatoes in water with a pinch of salt
When they are soft, drain and place them on a dry towel to remove excess water
Meanwhile, melt a stick of butter in a large sauté pan
Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute or two, until garlic is slightyl browned
Add the potatoes and all seasonings to the pan and mix well
Sauté until golden brown
Add salt and pepper as needed to taste
