Begin this recipe for copycat Boston Market meatloaf by preheating your oven to 400 degrees. Continue by combining the tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, and sugar in a small saucepan. Cook this mixture over medium heat until it begins to bubble. Stir constantly and then remove from the heat once the sugar has dissolved. Reserve about two tablespoons of this mixture and set aside.

Pour the remaining amount of sauce into a large mixing bowl with the ground sirloin. Use your hands to massage the sauce into the meat until well combined. Add the mushrooms and cheddar cheese cubes. Again, use your hands to combine the mixture. Sift in the flour, salt, onion powder, ground pepper, and garlic powder. Combine the ingredients using your hands.

Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan. Wrap the pan with foil and set in the oven to bake for 30 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and drain out any fat. Pour the remaining two tablespoons of sauce on top of the meatloaf and return to the oven to bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 additional minutes. Let cool for five minutes before serving.
