Copycat Burger King Big Fish Sandwich

- Big Fish:
- 2 cod fish fillets
- 2 egg
- 2 tsps whole milk
- 2 tbsps breadcrumbs
- 2 tsps flour
- 2 tsps salt
- 2 slices American cheese
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- hamburger buns
- non-stick cooking spray
- Tartar sauce:
- 1/2 mayonaise
- 2 1/2 tbsp pickle juice
- 3 tsp corn syrup
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees
Combine whole milk and eggs in a bowl and mix until ingredients are thoroughly combined.
In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt, mix well.
First, dunk the fish fillet into the flour mixture.
Second, dip the fillet into the egg mixture.
Third, dunk into the bread crumbs (make sure that the fillets are coated evenly)
Spray cooking sheet and place in oven for about 7 minutes then flip the fillet and bake for another 7 minutes.
Combine lettuce, cheese, fillet, and tartar sauce on the hamburger bun
Combine mayonnaise, pickle juice, and corn syrup in a bowl, mix thoroughly so ingredients are combined
