  • 1 flatbread pizza dough
  • ⅓ C. marinara sauce
  • 1 C. ovalini mozzarella sliced
  • 4 oz. prosciutto
  • 4 oz. baby spinach
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Spread the marinara over the dough, then the prosciutto, spinach, and mozzarella. Bake the pizza for five minutes, take it out and add the egg. Bake the pizza for an additional 5-10 minutes until the yolk is set. Sprinkle the pizza with salt and pepper and enjoy.
