Copycat Cheese Garlic Rolls, Red Lobster Style
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 C. buttermilk baking mix (i.e. Bisquick)
- 2/3 C. milk
- 1/2 C. shredded cheese (can use a bit more if you like)
- 1/4 C. melted butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Combine buttermilk mix, milk, and cheese until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 459 degree oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Combine melted butter and garlic powder. Brush on warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm. Yield depends on the size. ENJOY!
