Copycat Cheesecake Factory Romano Chicken
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 C. flour
- 2 Tbs. romano cheess
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp. water
- Whisk together the egg and water.
- Pound out the chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thick.
- Season the flour with salt and pepper and coat the chicken lightly.
- Dip the chicken in the egg and cover with romano.
- Place in a frying pan over medium high heat with a little oil.
- Cook until golden brown.
