  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 red onion, cut into strips
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 small can (4 oz) diced green chilis
  • Soft flour tortillas
  • Sharp cheddar cheese
  • Your choice of Salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Low-fat sour cream
  • Corn
  • Tomatoes

Cut your sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces. Then place the steak in a crockpot with the chilies, soup mix and water. Set your crockpot on low and cook for 6-8 hours. When your steak mix is done you can begin sautéing your onion, green pepper and any of topping you want to add. Heat your flour tortillas in the microwave and then start piling your desired ingredients on. Get a napkin and dig in!
