Copycat Chipotle Cilantro-Lime White Rice

- 2 C. Long-Grain White Rice
- 2 tsp. Sea Salt
- 2 Tbs. Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
- 3 Tbs. Lime Juice
In a large stockpot over medium heat, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Stir in the rice and salt. Bring back to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and let rice simmer for 20-25 minutes until water has been fully absorbed. Remove from heat. Stir in the cilantro and lime juice.
